Tucked into the heart of downtown Crested Butte, The Gourmet Noodle has become a go-to destination for dining in Crested Butte — whether you're a local after a powder day or a visitor exploring the mountain town for the first time.

We serve Italian-inspired dinners made with care: house-made pastas, fresh seasonal specials and a wine list to match. We’re open seven nights a week from 5 to 9pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged - especially on weekends and for wildflower & ski season!

We are now open for the season as of 5/11/26. Open from 5-9 nightly (closed Wednesday and Thursday until 6/1/26. Then we will be open 7 nights a week through the summer.

  • We're open for dinner seven nights a week from 5–9pm. Hours may vary at the start and end of each season, so check our Instagram or give us a call to confirm during shoulder seasons.
