Tucked into the heart of downtown Crested Butte, The Gourmet Noodle has become a go-to destination for dining in Crested Butte — whether you're a local after a powder day or a visitor exploring the mountain town for the first time.

We serve Italian-inspired dinners made with care: house-made pastas, fresh seasonal specials, and a wine list to match. Open seven nights a week from 5 to 9pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged, especially on weekends and during ski season.

You’ll find the same welcoming vibe and familiar favorites on the menu, along with a few fresh twists and updated flavors that bring something new to the table. It’s a blend of the classics you love and some exciting new ideas we think you’ll really enjoy.
We're open for dinner seven nights a week from 5–9pm. Hours may vary at the start and end of each season, so check our Instagram or give us a call to confirm during shoulder seasons.
